Ability to capture and associate documents to Cases, Contacts, Accounts, Person Accounts, or any other standard and custom object in Salesforce via multiple channels such as:
- Manual Upload

- Scan/zSend (ability to monitor a folder for new documents. For example a Microsoft Office folder for emails with specific parameters including attached documents; once those parameters are met, documents are pulled from the received email and attached to a record in Salesforce).
